I recently moved from the mountains of Santa Fe, NM  to the coast in Lewes, DE!

I am the founder of Aromagenomics TM a bio-individual (genetically customized) approach that incorporates essential oils & nutrition (with and without medications) for the purpose of modifying epigenetic expression along with alleviating discomfort and symptoms  

 

The way the process works is you & I connect by phone, Skype, email or in person so that I may assess, research,consult with you and /or compound (if desired) plus provide additional suggestions and follow up feedback. This is a well researched approach that re-introduces & adapts Old World Practices as they relate to TODAY's health issues. I work with individuals and families around the world living with Autism, Mental Wellness, Addiction Recovery, Schizophrenia as well as other neurodegenerative concerns, including adrenal fatigue a.k.a. hormonal imbalances. Aside from being a clinician, I am publishing a video blog that offers generalized ideas to be applied as appropriate. In the meantime, I continue studying public health, pharmacology, psychology and neurobiology.

 

I'm a sun & fun loving kinda girl who enjoys my morning coffe, daily yoga & lots of water. With my kids on their own,  I now share my home with an amazing man & gardens that reflect my love for life

 

PS  This is, by all definitions, a very new  approach; although, not for me. I am aware it is difficult to wrap the mind around the way this works; yet, it does. Besides having a background in pharmacology, organic & biochemistry, I have applied this methodolgy to myself and family for nearly 30 years, always seeking, paying attention & tweaking, making this work an incredibly nice fit with the world of medicine. I am definitely NOT excluding anyone or anything when it comes to our current healthcare model. That said, tt absolutely takes an understanding of how ALL of these chemicals interact with one another as well as with the body. If I promise nothing else, you have my word, understanding these interactions is at the heart of this work!
